Your files and lawful use
You must have the right to process every EML file you select. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, or content that you are not permitted to handle.
Browser limits
Processing takes place in your browser and is limited by available device memory. For reliable performance, we recommend public batches of about 500 EML files and about 250 MiB of total attachments. Damaged, encrypted, password-protected, or non-standard messages are not guaranteed to parse successfully.
Pass access
Batch Pass and Project Pass are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Access starts from the billed_at time returned by Paddle and lasts for the duration shown at checkout. A pass is for the current browser and device only. We do not provide an account or cross-device recovery.
Service changes
We may improve, update, or temporarily limit the service to keep local processing reliable. These terms do not grant ownership of the service or of files processed through it.
